Submission Rules
The rules for submitting your articles to Selective Articles are simple, but they must be followed!
All articles which we (at our discretion) feel have not been manually written will be declined and the author banned immediately.
All articles which we (at our discretion) feel have been submitted via article submission sites will, if good enough in quality, be published WITHOUT the resource information.
Whilst Selective Articles.com understands, supports, condones and encourages Article Marketing, we have established specific guidelines for Authors to adhere to in an effort to offer articles to publishers and readers that are well written and informative, and not blatant advertising.
Please read ALL of the following submission guidlines completely before submitting your article.
ALL articles must be written in the English language - Although we have no objection to links in your resource box pointing to sites in other languages, the articles you submit to Selective Articles.com must be written in English.
All articles must be submitted to the most appropriate subcategory - any article which is submitted to a category which is wholly inappropriate to the content of the article text will be deleted without question.
Spamming of this directory will not be tolerated - Submitting multiple copies, (2 or more), of the same article using different titles, or with only slight modifications is strictly forbidden. Offenders will immediately have their articles deleted, account terminated and be banned from future submissions.
Offensive content will be cause for immediate account termination - Articles must not promote hate, racism, pornography, hacking, bomb building, terrorism or any other illegal and/or offensive activities. Selective Articles.com reserves the right to categorize any content as offensive.
No HTML allowed in either the Title or the Body Text - Please limit HTML tags to your resource box and then use only text links to relevant, supporting, 'content websites' as above (under offensive content!)
The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
By submitting your articles to Selective Articles, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
By submitting your articles to Selective Articles, you grant others the right to publish your articles - Other Selective Articles users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.
No affiliate links! - The articles that you submit to Selective Articles should not contain affiliate links. It is acceptable, however, to mention the URL's of helpful sites or your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.
Use the resource box for linking back to your site - Articles submitted will not be approved if they contain links in the body belonging to the author. Please use the resource box to link back to your site.
Please limit resource box links to 3 or fewer - Articles containing more than 3 links in the resource box will not be approved.
No short notes! - Articles should contain at LEAST 300 words. We will not accept any submissions with less than this number as quality articles are what we want - not short notes.
Submitting your articles to Selective Articles does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind - You will not receive compensation from Selective Articles.com or the users of our directory for articles you submit.
Submitting an article in no way guarantees inclusion in our directory - We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement.
